Today we’re announcing Last Path, a key feature to improve retention.
With Last Path, you can identify users who have stopped using your application, and analyze the final conversation each one of them had.
Do they have something in common:
- Did they request something that you did not support?
- Were they confused?
- Did they repeat themselves and get frustrated?
- Did they have a good experience, but just forget to come back?
How do I get started?
To access Last Path, navigate to your Profiles dashboard and select the ‘Abandoned’ cohort:

Click on the “Last Sessions” icon and you’ll be able to discover the last conversation each abandoned user had with your application:

Analyzing an abandoned user’s last conversation
Once you have gone through several users and discovered a common issue, you can navigate to Speech Finder and see how widespread the issue is.For example, if a user asked to travel to “Paris” and didn’t get an answer, did 50 other people ask for “Paris” and have the same sub-par experience.
We are on a mission to improve retention for all customers. Over the past month, we are seeing VoiceLabs customers making application improvements, and achieve higher retention rates. Please give this new feature a try and share learnings on the slack channel.
Let’s continue innovating together!
